TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF ADVERTISING FORMS

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These rules define the terms and conditions of placing advertisements on websites (gazetaprawna.pl, dziennik.pl, forsal.pl) whose publisher is Infor PL S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
  2. The entity ordering advertising is hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party.
  3. The Service Provider shall place advertisements on websites based on an advertising order placed by the Ordering Party.
  4. The terms for the placement of advertisements are specified in the advertising orders and in these general conditions, hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Campaigns are billed based on client statistics. The maximum permissible difference between the statistics of the client and the publisher is determined at 10%.
    If the client does not have its own measurement system, the campaign shall be billed following the publisher's statistics, which are available for the client to view.

DETAILED REQUIREMENTS

  1. Placing an advertising order is tantamount to accepting these Terms and Conditions of advertisement placement.
  2. The Ordering Party undertakes to deliver the advertising order in writing by fax or e-mail (as confirmation of previous reservation):
    • mailing, standard creatives – no later than 3 working days before the scheduled start of the campaign
    • custom creatives, rich media, dedicated websites, sponsored articles – no later than 21 working days before the scheduled start of the campaign
  3. The Ordering Party undertakes to provide duly prepared advertising materials electronically:
    • mailing, standard creatives – no later than 2 working days before the scheduled start of the campaign
    • sponsored articles – no later than 7 working days before the scheduled start of the campaign
    • custom creatives, rich media, dedicated websites – no later than 16 working days before the scheduled start of the campaign
  4. All advertising forms intended to be displayed on Infor PL S.A. websites should comply with the technical specification requirements for advertising forms.
  5. If duly prepared advertising materials specified in the order are not delivered, the order shall be deemed to have been completed.
  6. The Service Provider shall verify the advertising materials for their compliance with the technical specification and, in case of non-compliance, may choose not to display them or to no longer display them. If the materials are found to be non-compliant with the specification, the advertiser is obliged to provide materials compliant with the specification of Infor PL S.A.
  7. Displaying an advertisement on website pages shall not mean that Infor PL S.A. found the advertisement to be compliant with the technical specification.
  8. Regardless of the content of the concluded order, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to display advertisements if, in the opinion of the Service Provider, the materials delivered do not meet the technical parameters being an integral part of these Terms and Conditions./li>
  9. The Service Provider shall have the right to refuse to display advertisements if their content or form is inconsistent with the programme line or the nature of the website or due to the inappropriate or harmful nature of such advertising materials. The Service Provider also reserves the right to refuse to display or to stop displaying any advertisement if it deems such advertisement to be bothersome or harmful to users of the websites. Moreover, the Service Provider has the right to refuse to publish an advertisement if it is illegal or violates applicable regulations.
  10. The Service Provider shall notify the Ordering Party of the refusal to publish the advertisement in writing 2 working days at latest from the date of receipt of the contested materials.
  11. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay in the display of a campaign due to the failure of the Ordering Party to deliver materials compliant with the specification by the agreed date.
  12. 12. Cancellation of the order later than:
    • 2 working days before the display of standard creatives/mailing
    • 7 working days before the display of a sponsored article, non-standard creatives, rich media, dedicated websites shall entitle the Service Provider to charge the Ordering Party with the amount constituting 100% of the agreed advertising fee

General requirements for advertising forms
The following rules apply to all forms of advertising displayed by Infor PL S.A. Also, compliance must also be followed in relation to the technical specifications of each advertising form available in the specification below.

  1. Advertising materials (files) should be named according to the following formula: advertiser/campaign_name_size.extension e.g.: infor_biznes_160x600.jpg
  2. File names can only contain alphanumeric characters without Polish letters.
  3. No mechanisms implemented to track user interaction are allowed.
  4. No cookie change or readout is allowed.
  5. The advertising material must not cause errors.
  6. The advertising material must not interfere with the operation of the page on which it is displayed.
  7. Sounds in commercials:
    • o sound in commercials can be played only after an action (click) performed by the user.
    • o if the advertisement comes with a sound, it must include the possibility to switch it on and off.
  8. The advertiser shall be responsible for the technical preparation of the creative, including the handling of sound files and the correctness of its operation.
  9. We accept a maximum of 5 creatives per campaign.

  1. Due to its diversity, the HTML5 serving code after it is delivered by the client must be always tested and accepted by the Publisher. All ready advertising materials necessary to start the campaign must be delivered no later than 5 working days before the display.
  2. Instructions including guidelines for optimal preparation of advertisements in HTML5 technology is available HERE
  3. The overall operation of the creative must comply with the requirements described in the technical specifications for the given format. None of its elements may interfere with the operation of the publisher's websites or other advertisements.
  4. Code components:
    • The HTML5 creative code is composed of the following: HTML file, script libraries (JavaScript), files with style sheets having unique names (CSS3), graphics and, optionally, items such as video and rich media. All components must be sent as a compressed .zip file.
    • All components of the code must be hosted entirely at the Partner, e.g. Doubleclick or entirely on the Publisher's servers.
    • If the weight of the creative (including the accompanying code) is greater than the standard weight (taking into account the JavaScript libraries), the client shall pay a standard surcharge for exceeding the weight of the creative as specified in the price list
    • Creatives must be prepared for display in RWD technology (proper operation when changing the size of the container/ browser window).
    • Creatives cannot use jQuery libraries.
    • The code must be compliant with Friendly iFrame.
    • The code must support variables counting the number of clicks by the Publisher’s release systems (clickTag).
  5. HTML5 creatives are not compatible with Internet Explorer browsers in version 8 and previous versions. The advertisements will not be displayed on them.
  6. The Publisher does not provide data related to user interaction within HTML5 creatives. Such feature should be provided by the creative code.
  7. The universal measurement point for the display of an advertisement is the time when the first component of the advertisement is loaded.
  8. For expanded creatives containing video or custom creatives, the Publisher reserves the right to formulate additional requirements to be met before being displayed.

The expand bar is a drop-down advertising format placed in the upper part of the websites, above the navigation bar. It consists of two components in the JPG format: the basic bar and the creative after expanding.

The basic bar is 1920x100px in size, and the creation after expanding is to be 1920x450px in size.

Each creative must be accompanied by two separate JPG files: the “EXPAND” and “COLLAPSE” buttons 152x42px in size.

The acceptable total weight of all components is 300kb.

When preparing an advertising creative, one should remember to keep a protected area on both sides of the creative.
The publisher will place the “EXPAND” and “COLLAPSE” buttons in the bottom right corner of the creative.

The creative must not have any telephone number, website address, description, website sponsor description, sponsor of the day, partner of the website placed thereon.

The detailed arrangement of the creative components is shown in the diagrams. The blue box (1180px) is the area of the main advertising message. The grey box is a the-called protected area that may not be visible to users with low resolutions; this area should be the background/fill of the creative.

VideoAd – an advertising video of up to 30 seconds displayed in any advertising form (billboard, doublebillboard, triplebillboard, wideboard, rectangle, etc.), whereas in advertising forms displayed on the layer above the page content (toplayer, floorad) it is allowed to display a VideoAd of up to 15 seconds.


The material to be displayed shall be prepared by the client


The creatives consist of an advertising video (MP4, WEBM) and the creative proper (html5), provided with start/pause buttons, stop, sound on/off and indicators of loading and progress of the video played.

The creative may be launched in the two following modes:

  1. the video in the creative starts automatically, with the sound switched on following an action of the user (clicking or hovering over the sound icon)
  2. both the video and the sound start following an action of the user (clicking or hovering over the player area or the sound icon)

Videos should be sized to match the size of the creatives in which they will be displayed. The specification of the particular advertising forms is available in the specification below.

After the preparation of the texts ordered is completed without the issue taking place within 30 days for reasons attributable to the client, Infor Biznes Group shall have the right to invoice 50% of the order value.


The article may contain up to 3 graphic designs.

It is required to provide the following information for the mailing to be sent (in addition to the content):

  1. details of the advertiser: full name, address
  2. subject of the e-mail
  3. name of the e-mail sender
  4. test addresses

HTML creatives should be prepared as follows:

  1. 1. the graphic design should be placed in the /img directory
  2. 2. mailing should be done in “tables” (using the selector and cellspacing, cellpadding and border tags with ”0” values). Mailing prepared using
    selectors may not be displayed correctly in the inbox.
  3. 3. styles cannot be loaded from an external source, they must be embedded in the html file in the HTML code; the following are not allowed: JavaScript, frames and dynamic HTML elements
  4. 4. styles cannot contain graphic designs, e.g. background (some sender programs have problems downloading such graphic designs)
  5. 5. all values of width, height, class, etc. should be placed in “ “ tags, e.g. width=“100”,

  7. NOTE: HTML mailing with external images, if opened off-line will not load images – empty spaces will be displayed. We recommend avoiding loading external elements if possible.

    2. graphic (to confirm that the test is identical to the original creative)

    Infor.pl does not guarantee the correct display of HTML creatives in all clients and mail systems, in particular Lotus I Gmail (Google Mail) systems


    Infor Biznes Sp. z o.o. ensures the execution and monitoring of the sending.

    The creatives author shall be responsible for compatibility of the creatives with popular mail systems available on the market (Outlook Express, Outlook MS, Mozilla Thunderbird), especially Lotus systems
